The name Culumetani Bvuma may not ring a bell to many now, but it is the stage name for Calvin Bvuma, one of the most popular artists from the 90s.
After releasing a debut hit A hi mbangi Seg, he became a household name.

He followed that up with the album Milawu that featured anothet popular song Vamhani va Africa.
Now after a long hiatus, Cukumetani is riding the crest of a wave after releasing two popular tracks Nyaope and Palestine.
It is as clear as Noonday that both are hot topics.

“The two songs have put me in the limelight again. I am presently busy with interview about the songs. I a’ fielding questions from the radios, TVs, newspapers and international digital platforms,” he said.
Cukumetani is also a showbiz promoter, songwriter and producer to boot. He is also the lead singer for his band.

On stage he has performed at important venues on the country and has also shared the stage with top drawer artists such as the late Brenda Fassie, Mzwakhe Mbuli, Jabu Khanyile amongst many.
He plans another performance trail after the release of the two tracks.
He is based in Gauteng as a businessman but he has a strong fan base particularly in Gauteng and his home province of Limpopo.
