They have dedicated their win to the medical doctor who donated their kit but died on the eve of the tournament. Graynelle Makhubele, a respected local medico was the team’s destiny helper and donated the kit the team used in the games in Boksburg in Gauteng. Sad to say she passed on two days ago and today a memorial service was held in her honour, coinciding with the school team’s performance in the national competition. In her honour, the team used the kit she donated and dedicated the win to her.

The school has received a trophy and gold medals for the players and also for the principal, educators, and all the donors. “I also thank the parents who made this trip a success, “said Mrs Ceko.
